The St. Vincent Thrift Store is Moving
The St. Vincent Thrift Store on Dennis Street will remain open until March 23rd 2012 but is moving to St. Vincent Place on 222 Albert Street East. The Grand Opening at St. Vincent Place at Albert Street will be April 2nd 2012.
January 2012 People Helped
St. Vincent Place Food Services served 1,028 hot meals and provided groceries to 350 families; a total of 430 people with over 130 being children in January.
St. Vincent Emergency Men Shelter averaged 12 men per day in which they received a bed, 3 home cooked meals, laundry facilities, toiletries, life skills training as well as a safe friendly environment.

The Year 2011
St. Vincent Place Men’s Emergency shelter averaged 15 men per day in the year 2011 where they received a bed, 3 home cooked meals, laundry facilities, toiletries, life skills training as well as a safe friendly environment.
St. Vincent Place Food Services served 10,690 hot meals and provided groceries to 3,223 people with over 900 being children in the year 2011.

Big Blue Box Food Drive
St. Vincent Place’s First Annual Big Blue Box Food Drive is on Saturday, October 22nd
Your non-perishable food donations are needed to feed the needy over the winter months.
Place your blue box containing your donations curbside any time after 10am and volunteers will pick them up. Watch for the people with blue, black and white ribbons on their vehicles.
We’re more than a food bank. Your donation will help in our food bank, soup kitchen, and men’s shelter.
